Pam McCullough joined DS Research in March 2024 and serves as the Director of Clinical Research and Business Development. She brings a wealth of experience and passion for advancing healthcare through clinical research. Her journey began in nursing by earning a BSN, and her commitment to continuous learning led her to achieve an MSN/Adult Nurse Practitioner, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Louisville.

Pam was introduced to clinical sleep medicine early in her career, which expanded into establishing an independent research site, initially targeting sleep/pulmonary conditions. During that time, she gained expertise in all aspects of clinical research, including clinical operations, regulatory and financial oversight, and business administration. Over the years, she has cultivated relationships within the pharmaceutical and medical device clinical trials industry and has provided leadership to research teams across multiple therapeutic indications and medical disciplines. Beyond her professional achievements, Pam enjoys travel, spending time with her family, and finds inspiration in exploring new strategies for clinical research initiatives and operational excellence.
