Olivia earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Centre College in 2018. After graduation, she shifted her focus from the lab to humanitarian work, beginning her career in refugee resettlement at Kentucky Refugee Ministries in Louisville. She later continued this mission-driven work with Church World Service, where she supported newcomers through critial transitions and community integration.

Now bringing her compassion and strong communication skills to the world of clinical research, Olivia plays a key role in connecting the right people to the right opportunities at DS Reaserch.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys cooking – especially crafting new soups – and values time spent with family and friends.
