Candace earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University in 2015. Following graduation, she embarked on a fulfilling career in healthcare, starting in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Norton Children’s Hospital. Her compassionate care and commitment to patient well-being quickly became evident during her tenre.

In 2016, Candace transitioned to dermatology, drawn to the complexities and innovations within the field. Simultaneously, she continued to broaden her medical experience by working in general surgery until early 2024. Her dual role equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of different medical disciplines, enhancing her ability to navigate clinical research challenges effectively.

Candace joined DS Research in March 2024 as a research study coordinator, bringing her specialized knowledge and enthusiasm for dermatological clinical research to our team.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Candace cherishes time with friends and family, finding joy in outdoor activities.
